"Reform First." is a grassroots initiative focused on producing media that aims to compel voters and the City Council in Oakland to stop balancing the budget with new taxes, and instead actually confront the fixed costs, liabilities and waste that consistently outpace revenue growth.

This website is an independent, citizen-led initiative. It is not endorsed, sponsored, authorized, or otherwise coordinated by/with any political candidate, official campaign committee, political action committee (PAC,) or other entity.
